My boyfriend has been finishing much before me during sex recently. He's really upset about now being able to hold out longer. I need some tips on how he can last longer.

1) Look on the Internet for premature ejaculation.
Some sites have suggestions.
2) At a good bookstore (Borders, Waldenbooks, etc) look for ESO:Extended Sexual Orgasm.

the average male can hold out for about 5-7 minutes (though many go longer than that) the first time around -- if he only lasts this long it is not necessarily 'premature' ... premature ejaculation typically refers to a man who will make a mess before he has even had a chance to penetrate -- if this is not the case then just try going more than once, he will last longer the second or third time around :D :D :D

I used to have a similar problem and my girlfriend at the time found a pleasant solution. When you're going to have sex, perform some oral first, let him climax, then continue with the oral to keep him hard. Once he's all set, he'll most likely be nice and relaxed and be aiming to please for much longer than he has been. Combine that with some exercises that he can do, and you two will be enjoying plenty of long lasting sex!
