I'm getting so scared I'm considering just dieing.
Oh! It's really not that bad! Genital warts are caused by the Human Papilloma Virus (HPV), and it is super common. Up to 80% of sexually active adults will have HPV at some point.

Have you been to a doc and gotten a proper diagnosis? Whatever you have might not be HPV at all.

If it is HPV, in response to your question, yes, the warts can appear on the glans of the penis and in the urethra ("pee hole"). If that does happen, and it causes problems, there are lots of treatments available. Treatments for removing warts from the urethra range from medicated creams, to laser surgery, depending on the circumstances.
