My 2 HR PPG levels are in the range of 150-190. Usually on the higher side But when I test around 2:30 PPG they are around 150. 3 Hour below or around 120.

If I go for a two mile walk before or after that seems to bring my 2 Hour PPG levels below 140

My OGTT 75g 2 HR results were 238 and FPG are below 90

It seems like my 2 HR PPG are higher but 3 HR they are closer to normal.

Question I have is : Since it seems I have Impaired Glucose Tolereance and my PPG levels seems to stabilize around 2:30/3:00 hours how far I am away from highner Fasting Glucose numbers ? Or they even related ? Or one is the path to the other ?

Keep on exercising. It keep glucose levels where they should be, lower. You need to keep the levels within normal glucose levels, under 140, even after meals. Exercise consitantly will help you in so many ways. So do not let up on the walking. And be sure to keep to well-balanced diet. Good luck.

Your numbers are too high after meals. Are you on meds? Are you taking something like Prandin or Starlix that in the presence of (food)glucose helps you produce more insulin. You take these w/ meals. The fasting numbers can be effected (go higher) also as the ppgs go up but they can also be effected by your liver & hormones. The aftermeal blood sugars you HAVE to get into control. Studies prove having high ppgs lead to cardiovascular risk! Type 2 is a meal related disease that is why your ppgs are SO IMPORTANT!
Are you limiting your refined carbs? Bread, pasta, chips, anything that comes in a box? These are the foods that cause us to gain weight, stay heavy, raise our blood sugars and crave more food. They should be eaten in half to a qtr the amounts they are consumed if at all.
