I have an odd affliction that just set in two days ago. Hopefully it is temporary.

If I roll my eye upwards, a pain will dash cross my right eye. If I move my right eye towards my peripheral vision, I get similar pain. This pain feels tension-related, almost like I'm working an overstressed muscle.

I'm guessing this is related to nasty fall I took last weekend which gave me a minor concussion. This is in my right eye only and has been a real bother!

I'm an otherwise healthy twenty-year-old male.
