I have a wart on the pad of my thumb that has thus far been resistant to any method of removal I have tried ... remover pads, drops, home freezing, everything. Any suggestions?

Also, I have a cluster of warts on the back of my left heel. Not on the bottom of my foot, but on the back, below the ankle. It started off as one, which I had removed by a doctor, but it came back and now I have a whole civilization of them there. They have also been resistant to removal. Any ideas?

They really are unsightly and embarrasing. Not to mention the one on my thumb interferes with my guitar playing.
