It started a few weeks ago when I though something was in my eye and ever since then I had an itch in my right eye. Just recently, the right part of my right eye started hurting and itching. When I woke up yesterday it even hurt, but there was no swelling or signs of anything foreign in my eye. Today I woke up with the same symptoms, only the bottom eyelid is swollen today. Also over the past few months I notice my vision in that eye change. I had gotten my eyes checked last year and they were 20/20 but now when I look at that board, I can barely make out the third row. Anyone have any suggestions.

Yes, plain and simple: SEE AN EYE DR.! You don't mess with something as important as your vision. You could have something serious.

You could have a sty or an infection, I would get to the dr asap and definitely refrain from touching your other eye so you don't spread the infection further.
