i recently tried dying my light/medium brown hair dark brown and it turned out jet black! not all over, it's lighter in some areas, but it's black especially around my face and on the ends. the roots and the hair underneath the top layer is a tolerable color but the rest of it is scary! is there any way i can wash it enough to fade it? i don't want to dye it again. please help.
