I have a CT of my abdomin tommorow and I have to a barium drink before I go. Has anybody had to drink this before? How is it?

Yes, too many times to count. The best thing to do is to drink it as fast and comfortable as you can. Are you drinking them at home? If so, you can put them in the refrig (not freezer) to get them cold first, it tastes a little better that way.
