hello
Well I went to the doctor today about my heart palpitations,flutterings,skippings,irreg ular rythm etc...
I talked about having another holter monitor test done and because I was worried that all this has to do with the fainting spells I have had in the past.
She doesnt think I need another one and gave me Ativan to take on a as needed basis.Then of course go back later see how its going.
I hope this is the right thing to do .I wont even take the Ativan unless it gets pretty bad I have never liked taking meds because the anxti anxiety meds always make me tired.I guess I should just except that it is really all due to anxiety and stress and not let it get me worked up.

Hey there - It sounds like you've got it together. Just a word of advice, which you likely know already - take the Ativan only as needed - it is very addictive and you can build up a tolerance and a dependency easily on it. I take it once in a while to get my sleep patterns normalized.
