So, as silly as this sounds, I have discovered MY key to weight loss. Golf. I have been going to a driving range where you have to collect your own golf balls after you hit them and it sucks being overweight and trying to hoof it around this giant field, bending over and picking up the silly little balls. Not to mention, when we actually start going out to play, I can't be guarenteed a cart so I will have to schlepp my bag and my fat butt all over the course. After a couple of hours at the range, I go have a light snack and drink a ton of water and I feel AMAZING!!! Younger, stronger, healthier and believe it or not (probably just the endorphins), sexy. Golf isn't necessarily for every one but maybe, just maybe rather than giving up food and putting all kinds of junk into our systems to burn fat, block carbs etc, we should exercise. Good like to every one.
