sounds like you have an allergy to yeast. i use probiotics occassionaly especially if i cheat and eat something with yeast in it. if you avoid all yeast products for about 2 weeks you should see a tremendous difference.

I just had my allergy tests and found out I am allergic to yeast as well (and everything thing else on this planet!). My doctor even suggested I get a ticket when the next shuttle goes up! LOL
Anyway, I am taking Nystatin liquid (anti fungal) every day, plus taking Probiotics daily as well.
I have chronic yeast infections and have had thrush a few times as well.
Anyway, this seems to be helping so far.

Hello there,
I just read that you had success from a yeast free diet. I just found out this week that I have serious candida problem and I showed an allergy to candida in my allergy test.
I am taking Nystatin (anti fungal), probiotics, and eating tons of plain/all natural yogurt. What type of things should I avoid? I'm assuming no yeast means no breads? Is that correct (forgive my ignorance). Also, I've read I need to eliminate all sugar as well. Yikes!
I have chronic aches/pains, anxiety, and "foggy head". They even thought I had lupus I was so sick at one point. I also keep chronic yeast, sinus, infections and thrush.
Any info you could give me would be so appreciated. Thanks a lot.
