Hi everybody,
This is my first post on this board.
I've had health anxiety and general anxiety for 7 years now but in the last year it has gotten really bad. I am not on any meds.
A few days ago, I started noticing that once may be a few times a day I feel this "hot spot" on my right arm, it's about an inch in diameter, feels hot for about 10-15 seconds and then goes away. I never had it before. Has anybody experienced anything like that? What could it be?

I have not had that happen before - but it does not sound like anything to worry about. I know too well how to dwell on minor things and blow them into major life-threatening diseases. If you are bothered by it, please ask your doctor what could be causing it.
