I think I have shingles on the bottom of my foot............The skin on the bottom of my foot is tough and slightly calloused, so the blisters can't break through and crust off. It's already been 5 days since it started and this area does not look much better than when it started.

Can healing take place under the tough skin without breaking through. (I have not taken any medication so far)
