Does anyone here get dizziness and diarrhea from anxiety? I've been stressed and anxious these past few days and that's what's happening to me.. thoughts?
Thanks.

I get dizziness and sometimes panic attacks from anxiety. I know a couple of people that have IBS with diarrhea as a result of anxiety. So my guess is, you might have these symptoms because of stress or maybe you have the flu. I would get a checkup if it continues though, just to make sure it's nothing more serious.

Yup. Just happened today in fact. Sometimes, I'll get an upset stomach and have diarrhea and horrible cramps, but I also feel like I'm going to pass out and throw up (which I never do). It's awful because my vision starts to go black, my hearing starts to go, I shake all over, my breathing increases differently than during a regular panic attack, and my body flushes differently as well- all over, like I have a fever, rather than just my face. I don't know if this is a screwy panic attack that I get when I'm already ill or what, but it's only happened about five times in my whole life. Once was last year during a speech, but I wasn't anymore anxious than normal. Bottom line is that it's a really freaky feeling, and I'm still recovering from it...

I always get diarrhea when I get nervous or anxious. At my worst I lost 25 pounds from it. I also get the other symptoms too. It's terrible huh? The most awful is if you are out in public and the only restroom isn't very private!!!! :dizzy: I hate that. I got to the point that I just wouldn't eat much, so i didn't have much to worry about.
