Yep, I thought I'd try them a few months back. I think they taste pretty good for a meatless product.

Morningstar Farms soy products are much MUCH better tasting, particularly Grillers and Chik Patties.

Yes they are very good. I also love the gardenburgers. But once in a while you gotta have a real burger. Though I don't eat much red meat once in a while I'll eat a burger, like once every other month. But the veggie burgers are very good. I eat them often.

I've cooked Boca burgers on a Foreman grill and really liked them. For some reason, Boca burgers are really hard to find where I live. I used to be able to get them at Safeway and a few other places. Most other brands are easy to find ie Gardenburger, Yves, Mountain Burger

Hello, I vote for Boca and Garden burgers. I love to put a little steak sauce, onoin, tomato, and lettuce on them. One of my vegie friends prefers the Morning Star Hard Rock Cafe burgers, but I haven't tried the Hard Rock Cafe ones since I don't care much for the regular Morning Star ones. There are Beef flavor ones in the Garden burgers, that come very close to the real thing.

I made this for supper tonite & it was really deeelish.
Cook & drain 8 boca burgers. Chop up to small chunks.
Return to skillet & pour Ragu (wine flavored) in as well. Add onion, garlic, black olives, etc. Whatever you prefer. This is your sauce.
Boil spinach lasagna & drain thuroughly. Loosen with a little olive oil. (so they won't stick together)
Mix together in a bowl, 3 egg whites, 1 med. container low fat cottage cheese. And last, 1 bag of shredded lowfat motzerella.
In layers of your lasagna pan apply as follows 3 times: sauce, meat, cottage chs. mix & motzerella.
Cook 1hr at 350 or until bubbly & golden on top.
Let cool & cut into 8 servings. ENJOY :) But eat only 1 serving per day with a salad. Dark Rye bread will just kick it up a notch. mmmmm.

Is this a recipe for veggis lasagna? It sounds good. I bet it tastes excellent when made with Gardenburger and Boca burger ground up.
