My skin constantly feels oily/damp 24/7 Anyone know what may be causing this? I think I may have Dysesthesia. Any Ideas anyone??????????????????????????? I can't find anyone who suffers from this besides Andreaa2, and it doesn't look like he posts here anymore. I am on medication. My psychiatrist thinks i have ocd, but none of the medicine she has given me has helped. I have been on Zoloft and Luvox. Any information what so ever is appreciated!!!

Could this be a side effect of a med you are on right now?
Sweating is controlled by the sympathetic nervous system, part of the autonomic nervous system. You might research whether or not OCD can affect the nervous system.
Several of us with reflex sympathetic dystrophy have this problem, but RSD has other hallmark symptoms such as pain and burning.
Go to some of the suggested websites in the sticky note at the top of the page and type in your symptoms and see what comes up.
Best wishes figuring it out!
