For one thanks for reading my post. I mostly tend to over dramatize things to where i make my self sick, just looking for a little comfort.

About 5 days ago I had unprotected oral ( mostly with my hand) sex with a guy and protected anal sex. The whole thing lasted about 5 min. He told me he was clean two differnt times that day and was showing no signgs of a herpes out break ot a past out break. What are the odds that i Have herpes.

I hope some one will respond im driving my self crazy. I am getting test at 4 weeks then at 6 weeks.

Thanks

The fact that for the most part the sex was protected and that you are showing no signs at all is probably a good indication taht you are fine. Taking the tests in 4 weeks will aslo give you some good piece of mind as well.

That being said, you seem to be a bit freaked out about sex in general, i'd suggest waiting until you are more sure about the person to avoid this type of anxiety after you are intimate.

Just my 2 cents.

Thanks for the reply, ya I am freaked about the whole sex thing. My big problems is that everytime I am going to get something.

I hope other will post to help get me throught the next four weeks, I was just laying in bed and had and anxiety attack. I am the type of person who thinks i will get anything that is out there.

Thanks

Once again thanks to the one reply that i have recived. Its been five days I started counting the day after, anyways I have no symptoms ( no discharge, no pain in my lower parts, no bums or blisters, no pain peeing, no fever, no headaces). I am going to the family doctor today to get tested for ( clymd,Shypils, gohn.) I will let you know the test resuts when they come back.

I am still very worried about herpes tho, i guess because right after it happened i read an article about herpes, and it made me start to think about it. Im pretty sure i dont have it, but like i said testing at 4 weeks then at 6 weeks to ease my mind.

Thank you,
