Is it possible to eat too much fruit? Also, is it possible for the naturaly sugars in fruit to cause diabetes if you eat too much?

THank you for your response.Gosh. I didn't know that. Lately I have been eating way more than that. I have just had a taste for them. So, do you think that possibly too many fruits could be a reason that I haven't slept well lately? It is like I just can't get tired. I have been on the fruit kick for several weeks now. Too much of a good thing maybe????

We had a post about this same issue about a month ago here. You might want to check it out. There were a variety of interesting stories about this. This is subject to a variety of opinions.
How much is too much? You should do some research about this from many sources, and then make a decision on how much fruit daily you would like to consume. Personally, I think four or five pieces of fruit daily is OK, but that's my opinion - and that is what works well with me.
For my diet, I just stay away from junk foods. In doing so, this allows me to eat natural (non-processed) foods. I don't count calories, fat grams, carbohydrates, or the number of fruits, etc. Some days I could have eight pieces of fruit. Another day, I might only have one or two. It depends.... With a balanced diet with these natural foods, and exercise, it has kept me very healthy - my weight is always under control too. :)
