Hi all,
Okay, so I know that eating every 2 - 3 hours is ideally the best for you, and for the most part I DO stick to that. But there are some days when i am so hungry all through the morning hours while i sit at my desk (between 8 am and 12 pm), and i'd rather eat all the food i brought for lunch and snacks for the day just within that time period instead of stretching it out.
does this make a difference in how my body digests the food and if more/less will be stored as fat? is it true that your insulin levels drop during the afternoon, around 3 or so, and that you should eat to counteract that?
or does all this not matter and its merely the amount of calories you're eating?
thanks!
