Is it possible for them to go away, if they were only there for 3 or 4 days...?

I know that you are young and scared, realistically tho warts CAN go away without treatment, however you need to seek medical attention because some strains of HPV cause dysplasia which can cause cancer,

Sounds like you are looking for any excuse to avoid going to get medical help. If you think you have genital warts or any type of STD, GO TO THE DOCTOR. Coming on here and repeatedly posting looking for ways to get out of it isn't going to help. You've got something wrong, find out what it is, professionally.
And you may be worrying yourself for nothing. The only way to know for sure is to have the doc look at it, and in the case of sores down there, the doc has to check them while they're still there. 'Hoping they go away' is the main reason some STDs spread so well. There are some that have one temporary symptom which disappears, leaving the person thinking "hey, it's gone, I'm fine" while in fact they are now just past that stage, but still very infected. Don't be one of those people.
All that said, in answer to this specific question, it is very unusual for warts to disappear after only a few days. They typically last for months, years even, if not treated. They tend to go away after about two years, for some reason, if left untreated, NOT a few days.

{{They typically last for months, years even, if not treated. They tend to go away after about two years, for some reason, if left untreated, NOT a few days.}} ... is that good for me?
Yeah. They go away, and then like 1 pops up for maybe 2 hours, and goes away. It's SO weird.
BUT THISBY... I have an appointment next Monday after school. Thanks guys. Everyone. I'll keep you posted I guess...
And yeah thisby, u were right. i am trying to find a reason not to go. i'm scared. so scared to know. :'(

I am glad that you decided to go to the Dr, I know that it is frightening not knowing you might have something, then again it might be something as simple as an allergy, I have NEVER heard of a wart coming and going in an hour or two. :dizzy: After your Drs appt, please let us know.

P.S. NO it is not healthy to not get treatment for ANY STD

I think that the previous poster didnt mean not to seak treatment, just that it was unusual for warts to come and go like that

What kind of warts are the ones that tend to go away on their own? (External or internal..like inside the wall of the vagina in my case)??

Oh I know eurore... I know what he meant. But yeah, I'm going to the doc.
The ones that were there... are completely gone now... There is one and it's so small. So hopefully I get to the doctor before this one goes away.
