Ive been eating alot of junk food for the past couple of days, and i cant stop.. and here I am, trying to lose weight!!!!!
well, i will be going to the gym tomorrow.

Berries like strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, and blueberries are high in vitamins and minerals and relatively low in sugars (compared to other fruits).

Blueberries have found to be the most concentrated source of antioxidants. You can blend soymilk with berries for a smoothie of sorts.

You can buy frozen berries and these are just as good for you. I like the packages of frozen mixed berries.

What about oranges? I read that it has good sources of Vitamin C your body needs.. is there a difference between orange juice and the fruit itself? Besides added sugar...
a lot of fruit like banana contains sugar..and thast not good either.

I have also heard that apples lower heart disease. Has anyone heard this?
