I am 14, and for the past 4 years, I have needed glasses. It started off as not being able to see the whiteboard in class, but now I need them all the time, because things more than arms length away look blurry. Will I reach a point where my eyesight stays the same, or will it get worse and worse?

I would expect your vision to continue changing umtil your late teens-early 20's.

For a lot of people it doesn't change very much after the age of 25.

I agree with kws and querty; however, it is possible that your eyes will change very little in that time. My son discovered he was nearsighted when he took his driver's test at 16. He's now 25 and his prescription has increased in that time, but just slightly.
I think it might depend on how myopic you are. If your script is high, I think there might be a bigger chance of the myopia worsening.

For me, it changed rapidly when I was about your age, and then tapered off.

My father, now 82, has become far-sighted in his senior years and no longer needs glasses to focus on things beyond an arm's length.

Do you know your prescription? And what/when the previous prescription was?
