i have a friend that wants advise on somethingso here it goes:
okay i weigh 135-140 on and off but thats not my question. i have big, musular calves and some muscle on the top of my leg but not alot. i was wondering how if possible can i lose some of the muscle. what exercises can i do to help me lose the muscle instead of making it bigger like other exercises. i want slimmer, fit legs instead of big, bulky legs.

i dont think any excersize will make the muscles smaller
ive heard that muscle doesnt leave, just shrinks over time.. and the only way to get it to shrink is less excersize in that area..

I think there are different types of excersizes you can do to elongate your muscle(though I'm not sure of the specifics) instead of bulking them up. Not sure if that would work in your situation though.

You do NOT ever want to lose muscle. It sounds like you want to tone what you have instead of bulking up, which is more reasonable. If you lose muscle you lower your metabolism, which is something you do not want to do.
