About a week and a half ago, I started feeling like I needed to be sick. It didn't happen after anything specific. I woke up on Saturday morning and I have been feeling sick ever since. Almost like I have it sitting in my throat ready to come out, but it doesn't. I tried to eat to see if that was the problem, that didn't make it go away. I've been drinking a lot of water also. I have been pretty tired even after a full night's sleep and weak during the day since then. I can't be pregnant, menstruation started on Tuesday. It worries me mostly because I had my cervix removed due to precancerous cells about a year/year and a half ago but have not been back for a check up (I am scheduled for Sept 21st).. Without insurance, it is EXPENSIVE! But decided I better just pay the $110 fee and get checked out. I am hoping this isn't tied in with my previous encounter with Dysplasia. Any suggestions?

Pursephone,
It's good you have a doctor's appointment. That is where you'll get some basic information to help you research.
While you're waiting, you can do some research with keywords on several websites. Try combinations of what you described in your post: dysplasia and vomiting, or vomiting and pre-cervical cancer -- or whatever combinations come to mind.
Also, if you are taking any meds, research those, too, for any possibility they may be causing your sick feeling.
You can start with the "beginning websites" sticky on this board to see if they help. They may lead you to others.
Good luck to you.
