View Full Version : What food can I give mum

Please can someone help, I am helping my mum with her diet but I dont know what to cook I want her to lose weight but be healthy at the same time. I did nutrition at school but that was all forgotten about. Im not a very good cook but I would like to learn if you have any good diet meals please lkt me know.

I'd give her meats, non-starchy veggies, nuts, berries, just healthy, natural food. I think wholesome, pure foods that are not processed and as natural as possible (modern fruit for example is hybrid for sweetness, genetially modified, the lowest sugar fruits are your best bet)are the best way to go for anyone. Avoid high starch foods like potatoes and grains. This is a paleolithic type way of eating.
