I have just started working out again; cardio 30 minutes, walking the dogs on the hiking trails, lifting weights for about an hour each day. My goal is to lose weight, get rid of that adipose tissue & eventually show some muscles.
I am following the Weight Watcher program, so I am watching my calorie intake (1200-1400 Calories a day)& trying to eat more veggies & fruit & trying to eat at least 6 small meals a day, because I swear I am constantly hungry.
Will whey protein help?
Thanks!

Whey protein is excellent. I did beautifully on it while keeping my calories down. I took about 15 - 18 grams 4 x's a day in a smoothie. I was NEVER hungry. But as I've posted before, while I did well (120 lbs. in 10 months), my friend didn't. So judge accordingly. With all the exercise you do I recommend it.

I agree with the use of protein to help with losing weight. I used one that is soy protein based - great for women! Stops you feeling as hungry and helps to build lean muscle.
