My boyfriend Patrick has relied on a local Outreach service for several years to provide him with transportation to and from college and to and from church. Today he found out that he was no longer eligible for Outreach. We're both really upset and planning to fight it, since this clearly is against ADA.

Does anyone have any similiar stories, advice, or ideas? Ways Patrick can get around town? For those who dont' know us, I live in Virginia while he lives in California, so obviously, I couldn't help give him rides. What can be done?
