hi all you know ive been constant;y researching and studying about weight loss and ive changed my mind. Instead of trying to lower my calorie intake im going to be eating more protein, and energy rich calories/foods and more of them. Why would i do such a thing? well my goal of losing weight is really a crap shoot, and i have re-evaluated things. I actually have decided i want to PUT ON weight (muscle that is). It will increase my metabolism and make me feel better, look better, and increase my energy and strength. Instead of low weights high reps, im going opposite direction high weights low reps. I want the strength, you know what i mean. It will be easier to lose the weight with the muscle, plus it will convert my body fat, to the good weight. What do you think?
