I got tested for all std's my doc said i have bacteria in my urine a lil bit i took full prescription of cipro he said it could be a nsu or a uti not sure. Symptoms went down. Then discharge came back then he prescribed me docxycline i took that just finished symptoms went down a lil no dsicharge right now still burns a lil. But i got a feelin its not all gone and its going to come back again i dont know what to do? anyone?

if your having persistant symptoms of ngu/nsu the recommended regimen is metronidozale + ethromyocin. do have buring at the tip of your penis or inside the shaft.

I'm not sure what your question is? NGU is caused by bacteria, usually Ureaplasma urelyticum or Mycoplasma genitalium. And a UTI is an Urinary Tract Infection - also usually caused by a bacteria.
So if you have either one of those things, it would make perfect sense for your test results to show the pressence of bacteria. There are probably not any reliable (and affordable) tests available to figure out what specific type of bacteria you have. So the test just shows the pressence of bacteria, without telling you which one it is.

what causes all of the aboive mentioned? i too went to the clinic and all the doc said was he found lil infection in my urine..(im female btw) and gave me some meds which i have no idea what it is since im in a foreign country but it seems to be helping tho, my vaginal area itched and had discharge and the meds seem to be working but still no clue to what is wrong with me hahaa

You really should try to figure out what type of infection you had. It could be an STD, but the symptoms you describe could also be caused by other types of infections. There is really no way to know without getting more info from the doc. If it is an STD, it is important for you to know so you can notify your partners.
