the only way to fix split ends or damaged hair is to cut it off. you could try a serum or smoothing cream to mask it, but no product can actually fix it.

my favorite serum is garnier fructis sleek & shine, and my favorite smoothing cream is bed head after party.

you could also try a deep conditioner to help soften the hair. the only one i will use is aussie 3 minute miracle deeeep (not the original!). i usually leave it on for about 10 or so minutes in a hot shower. or you could try the new deep conditioning mask by neutrogena.. i'm not sure what its called, but it comes in a peachy-colored tub. its pretty good and smells amazing.

Loooooove Aussie products. They smell so good!
You should definitely try using what Caliente suggested...your best bet is to just trim the split ends.

try using Infusium Conditioner (dont try the shampoo...dissapointing) the regular conditioner and teh leave in work well, especially together

The Infusium Leave In didn't work at all for me. The only way to get rid of them is to trim your hair. Blow drying and flat ironing is very damaging to your hair, so you have to expect some split ends (I have alot of them right now) I've tried many kinds of conditioners and none of them worked, or they just didn't like me..lol. My sis uses a razor comb and trims her hair like that, so you don't have to go into a salon all the time.
