I was at the gym and i got up to take a breather on a bench and some idiot was walking by with a weight and pegged me on the eyebrow .. was so POd at this guy, anyway the question... i didnt get stiches because there was no need in my opinion, the bleeding didnt last very long.. i just cleaned it out coverd it up. Now will my hair on my eyebrow be gone completely now? It wasnt very deep but it was good size...

Cuts on the face heal better as to less of a scar that would be my concern.Not sure about the eye brow hair growing back.

Hi, I guess it would depend on how bad the cut was, and whether or not the hair follicle was damaged. I got a gash in my eyebrow when I was a little kid. Fell in the playground and my glasses caused a gash in my eyebrow. Still have a scar there but not terribly noticeable as the other eyebrow hair covers it. Guess I could fill it in with eyebrow pencil, but it really doesn't bother. I've forgotten all about it till I saw your post.
Guess it's a "wait & see" situation.

If you break open a Vitamin E capsule and put it on the injuried eyebrow this will help heal it better and prevent a scar from forming. Scar tissue is thicker so this is probably one of the reasons why the hair doesn't grow through. If it heals back to normal I see no reason(other than it was too deep)that the hair will not come back. :)
