Due to my RP eye condition, I need bright light to read indoor. But the high intensity light from the regular light bulk really strain my eye. I have heard that full spectrum light might help. Has anyone used this type of light bulb and found it useful? Since this type of light fixture is much more expensive, I like hear some real life experience before spending the big $$.
