Another thing I've noticed is that when I do strenuous physical activity or during this nasty heat when walking around, I'm sweating a LOT more than I ever have. I'm turning into liquid practically. I've never been known as a heavy sweater. It's another thing I've noticed over the past month. It's not on the side effects sheet, although I know they tell you to keep hydrated and that Topamax can dry you out. Is this increased rate of sweating normal with Topamax, or could this be something else?? I know the sheet actually says to watch for DEcreased sweating as an abnormal side effect to report....so I'm wondering if INcreased sweating is normal or if I should really be staying as I usually am.

Increased sweating is NOT one of the side effects of Topamax. However, doing strenuous physical activity is. :D Maybe you should try doing that in an air conditioned enviroment and/or cut down on doing whatever it is you are doing in this heat & humidy. :D

See if it's one of the side effects of one of the other meds you are currently taking.

PS: Make sure you are drinking plenty of water while on Topamax to prevent kidney stones.
