my arm pits are hairy, and the bad news is that my armpit hairs are pretty hardy. i'ved tried hair removal cream, honey-waxing and shaving. the hair removal cream is only strong enough to dissolve abit of the hair (and i've left them on for extra length of time), and the honey-wax failed to remove any hair from my armpits at all! shaving doesn't do a clean job either. there're always black stubs near the root.
what should i do? i'm getting desperate. lasering is out of the question coz i can't afford it.

I also have a similar problem because of being greek and I know how much of a pain it is! For me what's really worked has just been making sure to soften the hairs in warm water for a really long time. Another trick that I've found is the men's razor that vibrates, it helps make the hairs stay up and gets a pretty clean shave. But after I get a good shave I always have a problem with super irritated skin, so for that I've always used dove deodorant. Plenty of shaving cream and a good razor will hopefully work. Too bad about the laser hair removal, I'm getting it for my birthday from my parents.
have you tried waxing ur hair before? i've even tried to pull off the underarm hair one by one with tweezers. ouch. gave up halfway coz there're just too many of them.
