Hey people...I'm on Topamax for migraines, and I was told to eat bananas to help stop foot tingling and stuff like that. My question for anyone who knows...does Topamax cause Potassium deficiencies, or is it EXTRA potassium that helps stop the side effect?

Since taking Topa, bananas make me sick. I find drinking enough water every day, stop the tingling for me. My doc has me do blood work to check on my sodium levels.
