I had ct release surgery on my r hand on 8/11. I am expierncing a lot of swelling and brusing of the hand. Also it is hard to extend my middle finger. anyone else have or had this before.

After this amount of time, you shouldn't have a lot of swelling and bruising. I'm thinking that you are using your hand too much? Rest that hand. Limit the use of it or these symptoms will be prolonged. Keep your hand elevated as much as you can. You should notice improvement within a week. Take Motrin/Ibuprofen if you aren't allergic to it.
