After months of being stuck on a plateau following low carb diets, then GL/Gi diets I am going to give Gillian McKeiths Diet of Abundance a try. Does anyone have any advice or comments on it, anyone had good results on it ? I'm new to this site, Hello all

it's the best thing ever! i follow it with my mum, and we're both feeling amazing on it. you never get hungry because you can eat pretty much as much as you like of certain foods, and she advises big breakfasts so you feel set up for the day. it really has improved my life by miles. my skins clearer, i feel satisfied when i eat, never overly full or bloated, i feel so healthy and full of life in general because of the amount of healthy, nutritious food you're eating. it really is a complete lifestyle change for the better.
i guess one of the problems of it is that some of the food is a little hard to find in the supermarket. if you have a healthfood store nearby then its no problem though. also, the amount of fresh food it advises eating means that you have to go shopping pretty regularly, but hey its all part of adjusting your life for the better :) i recommend this programme to everyone

yes i totally recomend this diet too!!!!
I went on holidays to my nans for 2weeks and in that time was basically forced to eat the dr gillian M'Kieths diet which i did not approve of straight away.
things like a cooked spud with raw chopped broccoli, carrot and cauliflour on top served with tahinni and soy mayo-geee this was not what i was used to. After a week of this i got really sick as in my tonsils swelled, very sleepy, runny nose and mood swings,oh and headaches-these symptons were from a very quick change in diet and the toxins that were leaving my body.
So i would recomend doing this diet with a partner, family or friends because at first it can become very hard to cope with this diet at first.
Plus now i'm off my holidays i still have stuck to the diet and feel much brighter, i would say 90per cent of the time i eat the Dr gillian diet and the other 10- well you know.good luck!!!!!!!!!
