ok i read up a lot and i found that dark circles are caused by the veins udner your eyes showing through. im only 16 and have had them for a while and there probably hereditary but mine are by far the worst out of everyone in my whole entire family thats alive... i looked at my undereye area.. and under both my eyes the inner part of my eyes has red veins or something.. but when i look closer it looks like the red veins are actually connected to the blue veins on the outer part of my eye.. how can a vein be part blue and part red?.. the red one under my left eye is really noticable.. has anyone ever heard of this before?
