it was for the first time in my life that i received unprotected oral sex (blow job) from a prostitute girl some ten days ago. she gave me oral sex for 20 sec and i discharged in her mouth

i'm worried, if this can become worse for me in respect of HIV (AIDS).
what if she had cut in her mouth and bleeding, but i dont have any cut on my anal.
is blood can be entered through the opening of penis?
is salive can be entered through the opening of penis,that can be cause hiv+.
should i go for test?
i am very worried and tense. waiting for a quick reply.

Well, I would say your fine. Recieving oral sex is extremely low risk, theoretical or even nil. There would have to be a open bleeding wound coupled with copious amounts of her positive blood, something you don't even know about. Stay calm, and test if you want too. You are not gonna be infected but use this as a wake up call. No questions about what-ifs and stuff, you are ok.

Hey, saliva is actually shown to inhibit the transmission of this very fragile virus. If it was found in saliva, think of everbody around the world kissing one another, we would all have it. Ok?

It can happen yeah but it doesn't in real life. Hence my descriptions being theoretical. I think a test would put it out of your mind, beacuse you won't be able to let it go otherwise. I assure you its gonna be neg!

Expert? No I'm just someone who has learnt a lot about this problem since driving myself insane and making myself poorly from worrying over it. I just want to help this fight and afford others the kindness that was shown me. I am well versed now in the mechanics of HIV though, but it would be arrogant of myself to dub me an expert.

I cant do much more than I have, I think that you should go and get a test as its the only way you are gonna be able to move on. This is not me saying that you are +, its just to help you out.

Dude thats a question only you can answer. I think you wont put it behind you until you test. The what ifs will always be there man.

Mana could I give you my opinion .......
You sound very worried and I think what you want to hear is that ( you don't need to be tested )
But I think for you're own peace of mind you should get the ( STD PANEL ) done just for you're own peace of mind .
Oral sex is a slim way of hiv transmission but ANY acts of unprotected sex has its risks and not just for hiv but also sexualy transmitted diseases .
So for you're own peace of mind have a std panel of tests with hiv done just for you're own sake and being able to rest and breath a bit easier .

I agree completely! You don't want to go your whole life with this in the back of your mind. What happens when you see the next HIV PSA on TV? Your going to get that sinking feeling in your stomach and the cycle will continue. I lived like that for years...I know.

Get tested so you can move on with your life.
