Let's suppose one contracted the HIV virus and 3 days later came down with typical antiviral reaction - flu like symptoms which lasted 2 weeks. Let's assume for the minute that these flu like symptoms were indeed caused by the HIV virus. Would it be safe to assume the body would be producing HIV antibodies 6 weeks from the contraction date?

the only possiblity of flu like symptoms 3 days after an encounter is Herpes, no one steroconverts after only a few days, I doubt you have herpes but always get tested to relieve anxiety
