Does anyone have a suggestion as to how I can sleep on my right side. The covers feel heavy (tried a different thread count), that didn't work :jester: and the sensitivity at the same time forces me to leave my leg outside the covers and then my leg gets artic cold and the deep ache starts  I can't sleep on my left side because of the pressure on my leg. Can't sleep on my back because my foot, when relaxed, falls to the outside and hurts like crazy. I can't put a pillow by my foot and use that as a prop because the ankle bone is too sensitive. Using Nair seems to help a little but not enough. I've tried wearing a sock and that only helps a little but then my foot sweats like crazzzzzy. I'm tired

Does anyone feel that Nuerontin helps them sleep but doesn't necessarily help the pain?

Sincerely,

 Hi Marcia,

When the fan is on it blows the hair around on my leg and it felt bad. I decided to try Nair. Noticeable difference as far as the hair even rubbing on my pant leg at work. Is your pain located in a single area? If so, have you had a Bier Block? If yes, did they all work the same or were some less effective than others?

Looking forward to you response,

Chad

p.s. May God Bless You

Hi Chad,
When I had symptoms something like you my Gp sent me to a Neurologist and I had Neuropathy. I couldn't stand covers on my feet and I had pain in my legs that made it uncomfortable sleeping. I do take a sleeping pill and I take medicine for the neuropathy. Maybe you should ask your doc to have you checked for this. They do an EMG. Hope you the best of luck.
