I irrigated my sinuses with warm salt water, and when I blew my nose I felt a fullness in my ears. Ever since then, I've felt "off- balance" and dizzy... especially if I turn my head fast.
The fullness is no longer felt in my ears but the dizziness remains.
I tried taking Sudafed but it didn't help.
Any suggestions???

My guess is that when you irrigated, you had your head tilted too much and some of the solution went into your ears. Keep taking the sudaphed, and maybe use a decogestant nosepray to help unblock your sinuses, so the fluid can drain out.

When I had a similar problem my Doctor told me to take Bonine which is for Motion Sickness, well it helped
