I'm 16 142 and about 5 11

Breakfast
-Oj and mutli vitamins pill
-cereal and milk


Lunch
-Wheat, Cheese and Turkey sandwich
-All natural Fruit punch
-And a whole grain snack

Snack
-(Yogourt, Milk, Strawberries, Banana, and protien powder) shake

Dinner
-Turkey or Chicken Brest
-Salad
-Water or Juice


I also workout every day, and also drink about 8 cups of water through out the day

Very healthy, especially for a 16 yr old!! Maybe you could add a few more colourful veggies, for dinner and lunch or a snack? But you're taking a mltivitamin so that kind of covers some of the vitamis that veggies have. You also may- but this isn't necessary- add some starch to your dinner...it seems farily light, especially for a growing boy..

Cool thanks I think I might start bringing celery, and maybe eat more whole wheat pastas for starch. I like how eating well and working out makes you fell it's a real confidence booster.
