Hello. I have really long hair and the longer it gets, the more it appears thin and flat. However, i purchased the root pump from the Very Sexy Hair line and let me tell you... this stuff works magic! I spray about four quarters worth in my hand, rub my hands together, tip my head upside down, and massage it into my roots. I then brush my hair out and blow dry with my head upside down. Results are amazing.
