I started with the off balance/dizziness issue. Allergist said my sinuses were swollen. That was back in May. Since then I have tried numerous meds, been to my allergist a new allergist and an ENT. My ENT, this was a month ago, said the dizziness could be from allergies and checked my ears, did some tests on them and pronounced my hearing etc, fine. Since then the ringing in my ears is constant and I have fullness in my left ear. My new allergist did some basic skin testing on my first visit and said I had severe allergies. I am thinking now is the high time for ragweed/hayfever season. I wonder if that is the reason for the fullness. The allergist says it can be. My allergist did say that my left side of my nose and sinuses is more swollen and narrow then the right and that is the side that I have the most ringing and that I have the fullness in the ear.

I have to go back to the Ent in Sept. The usual meds, flonase, rhinocort aqua, and antihistamine, zyrtec.(tried allegra, claritin and clarinex)

Anyone else have ringing in the ears and fullness in one or both of them?.

yes i have had a recent tonsillectomy surgery which left me with ringing in my ears now and i have been taking chlortrimeton for this and it seems to help but also you need to check your house out to see if it could be for something in your house that could be causing this to like mold for instance.
