I was wondering if in the early or late stages of colon cancer would be severe gut pain where you are almost double over and in the rectum area.
Loose smelly stooles also?

Sponsor tigerfish 08-24-2005, 07:45 AM loose stool and lossing weight and getting tired are all signs. get it check out with a dr, ASAP let's up know Mazrose 08-24-2005, 02:42 PM ASK for a colonoscopy !!! Dont just put up with smaller tests. The only way to make really sure is by having a colonoscopy !! Goodluck and take care maz CancerDad 08-24-2005, 08:27 PM I echo what Maz has said... GO GET A COLONOSCOPY. Other signs of colorectal cancer are: Flattened stools Bleeding Rectally or Blood on or in the stool Pain (sometimes) Increased frequency A feeling of incomplete evacuation Loss of weight Family history of Colorectal Cancer Smell of stools really DOESN'T have anything to do with cancer, but certainly loose stools, and if you have any of the above, you should get a colonoscopy ASAP. It is a relatively PAINLESS process, and the piece of mind is WELL worth the agony of worrying. Good Luck. ~CancerDad |
