Are any of you guys battling with IBS?? I have to go see a specialist Sept. 14th. :confused: Meanwhile, I have tried/done so many things and after the 2nd to 3d time trying, it fails me.

It's even more painful because I have a double hernia. My poor belly is hard & lumpy. My apologies for being so graphic!
