It seems that almost every ob, i have had 3 so far, and two out of the 3 i get a swollen lymph node on the right side of my groin. it actually isn't swollen by the the measurement standards and its not red, inflamed, extremely painful to touch, or anything like that... but it feels like a little bean size lump there, and it's a little bit tender but not much... does anyone know if it's normal or at all possible for H to cause this to happen? or has anyone experienced it themselves? I know the first time you definitely get that symptom, at least I did, but I haven't read much on if it happens with recurrent ob's. thank you so much for your help.

I have Oral Herpes and almost everytime I have an ob everything swells up including my saliva glands. I get a terribly sore throat and it's painful to touch my neck. I haven't read much on recurrent ob's either. So much about H is vague isn't it?
Good luck

Yes, it is pretty normal in many people.

The good news is because the lymph node is swollen it means the body is fighting the virus. Thats what you want so in the future, the outbreaks are less often. The key is to keep yourself healthy, well rested, and your body at its peak so it can fight this virus off and give you less outbreaks.
