What is this,
Hi everyone I am new here and am so glad I have found this site. I have had several episodes that are strange. It doesn't happen every time but when I stand up or bend over it feels like my brain is being squeezed and pressed down. I then get a throb in top of head and forhead and noises fluctuate (Like when you are in a car with windows down). This last for less than a minute. Afterwards I have a dull ache in head and head feels like it is being squeezed. This has happened 4 times in the last 2 weeks.
For the past year I have had pressure in head and have seen my pcp, neurologis and neuro opthlomologist. When I explained to my pcp she kept referring to them as headaches. She said she thought I was to young for migraines. I thought this odd, I'm 49 and I though migraines doesn't age discriminate. Mri basically normal with the exception of very mild white matter disease. Which shouldn't cause this. I do have high blood pressure and it has been running around 150/90. My Dr. Says this shouldn't cause headaches. I am just starting a new med. today. I have also had a spinal tap which is normal.
Does anyone have any ideas what this could be. Thanks! Bonib
