Does anyone have some opinions about the higher risk of diabetics getting Alzheimers? Thanks for thoughts and opinions?

Having high blood sugar levels, patients dont heal well, get sick easier, cant get well as soon, have excess sugar that blocks the tiny capillaries & channels in the body reaking havoc every where. Ive not heard of a connection w/ the 2 but, if someone has a predisposition to anything and doesnt keep their sugar levels in check, they will absolutely be MORE suseptible to all diseases.
